This year’s Bing & Grøndahl Christmas Plate features Den Gamle By in Aarhus, an open sky museum that shows elements of Danish history and ways of life as far back as 1500. The detailed design brings Danish history to life with snow-covered buildings and cobblestone streets, where a parent and child carry a Christmas tree home. Each plate is embossed on porcelain, hand painted in cobalt blue and then glazed. The 2026 Bing & Grondahl Annual Christmas Plate is in its 132nd edition and has been designed by the Danish artist Dag Samsund. Measures 7” in diameter and includes gift box and certificate of authenticity.
