Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless engraving is requested, which adds an additional 2-3 business days.

Please report any damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items within 30 days of receiving your order. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and file a claim. Please retain all packaging, as the carrier may require it for review. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, and we will keep you updated throughout. Once the claim process is complete, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Claims for non-delivery must also be made within 30 days of the shipment date. If carrier tracking lists your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we will initiate an investigation on your behalf. However, please note that if the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, we are unable to offer recourse. All packages are GPS-scanned upon delivery, and shipping carrier insurance does not cover theft after delivery.

For added security, we offer signature-required delivery for an additional fee. We strongly recommend selecting this option at checkout, especially for high-value orders, as we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Most Orders Are Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified on your order. Ground delivery generally takes up to 5-6 business days for delivery, depending upon the destination's distance from our location. In stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 11:00 AM EST for UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, FedEx Two Day, and USPS Priority Express. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next business day. If it’s after 11:00 AM, we recommend calling us, as we may still be able to accommodate same-day shipping if the carrier has not yet picked up.

Please note that engraved orders require additional processing time before shipment. Additionally, UPS, USPS, and FedEx do not deliver on Sundays. During the week leading up to Christmas, shipping carriers suspend their money-back guarantee for delayed shipments due to high holiday volume. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays. As a result, we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee on expedited shipping services during this period. Thank you for your understanding!

Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving delivery. Returns or exchanges made after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee (i.e., refunds will be issued minus 15% of the original purchase price). Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including any boxes, brochures, storage bags, or sleeves originally provided. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange at the original purchase price.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an item with a defect, we will provide a prepaid return label for an exchange. However, defects, damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Engraved items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Return Shipping Instructions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

• Securely package the item(s) in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• Include a note or a copy of your original invoice indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

• You may use any shipping service, however, we recommend properly insuring your package and keeping a record of the tracking number. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged or lost during transit.
