2021 Bing & Grondahl Annual Christmas Plate

A thick blanket of snow covers the Botanical Garden in Copenhagen. A friendly squirrel has found his way to the lawn in front of the old Palm House from 1874, where he enjoys the scenery and his favorite snack. The 2021 Bing & Grondahl Annual Plate depicts the historic Botanical Garden in the center of Copenhagen, where it has been located since 1870. Each plate is embossed on porcelain, hand painted in cobalt blue and then glazed. The 2021 Bing & Grondahl Annual Christmas Plate is in its 127th edition and has been designed by the Danish artist Dag Samsund. Measures 7” in diameter and includes gift box and brochure.
