International Sterling Flatware

Established in 1898, the International Silver Company was formed as a corporation banding together many smaller silver companies creating the largest manufacturer of silverware in the world. In 1984 the company was sold to Katy Industries Inc. changing its name to Wallace International Silversmiths and in 1986 the business was purchased by the Syratech Corporation. In 2006 Lifetime Brands, Inc announced an agreement to acquire the business as well as proprietary and licensed flatware brands. Both the International hallmark and history of quality lives on today with these beautiful sterling flatware patterns.
