The 2019 Sterling Collectables Celtic Cross is the 3rd edition in our exclusive Sterling Christmas Cross Ornament series. The Celtic cross emerged in Ireland and Britain in the Early Middle Ages and became widespread through its use in stone high crosses erected across the islands. The cross was especially prominent in regions evangelized by Irish missionaries from the 9th through the 12th centuries. It is popularly believed that St. Patrick introduced the Celtic Cross during his conversion of kings from paganism to Christianity. Rich dimensional detail and quality are evident throughout this original work of art that is sure to be a treasured heirloom for years to come. Made in New England by highly skilled silversmiths, this beautiful ornament would be a lovely addition to any Christmas tree or could be worn as an exquisite pendant. The 2019 Annual Cross Sterling Collectables Ornament includes gift box with flannel bag and brochure. The ornament is marked SC .925 it’s edge, is two sided, and measures 3.6" high. Handcrafted in the USA.

All engraving will be sized appropriately to fit your item unless you instruct us otherwise. We utilize a state of the art fiber laser for engraving. The fiber laser allows for clearer text whether small or large. Fiber lasers do not physically touch the surface as they remove material during engraving thus avoiding dents or punctures that can be caused by rotary engravers. Custom engraving is available for company logos, images, and designs. If you have any questions about personalizing an item please contact us; we would be more than happy to assist you.

    Letter Style

Using names with plain text to personalize an item is a popular choice. A first or last name, first and last name, or first, middle, and last name can be engraved depending on available space. For some items it may be necessary to engrave on multiple lines to include the full name. This is a common choice for those who would like to include a date as well. (Robert David Smith)
