We offer same day shipment on orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, FedEx Two Day, and USPS Priority Express if the web order is placed before 11:00 AM EST. Online orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship on the next business day. If it is after 11:00 AM we recommend calling in your order as we may be able to facilitate same day shipment if the carrier has not yet picked up. If you have questions about shipment via UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, FedEx Two Day, or USPS Priority Express, please call us at 1-800-636-4756. Please note that engraved orders will take additional time to process before shipment. UPS does not deliver on Sunday. USPS does not deliver on Sunday. FedEx does not deliver on Weekends.

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended its service guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments outside of UPS Next Day Air. Although they remain committed to providing timely and reliable service, they have currently suspended the service guarantee. In light of this we are unable to extend a money back guarantee on 2nd Day Air or Ground services to our customers.

If you have a deadline for receiving an order please call us so that we can carefully schedule your shipment with the best shipping method available at the best price.

We require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving the order to report any damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items. We also require that you make any claims of non-delivery within 30 days of the shipment date. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order we will work closely with the shipping carrier to thoroughly investigate and file a claim. The investigation period typically takes 3-5 business days and we will keep you updated during the process. When the investigation has finished, we will provide you with applicable solutions such as a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we have no recourse with the shipping carrier or our package insurer in the event that the package was delivered correctly and subsequently stolen. All packages are GPS scanned when delivered by the carrier and claims of non-delivery are not valid if the carrier indicates it was scanned delivered at the address provided on the order. We offer signature required delivery services for an additional fee and recommend selecting that option during checkout as we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Returns

Customers may return or exchange items purchased from us within 30 days after receiving delivery. Items returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (To clarify, a refund will be given less 15% of the original purchase price.) Items returned must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 60 days. Sorry, but we do not refund shipping charges. If you receive an item with a defect, we will send a prepaid return label to exchange the item. We do require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items. Items that are engraved are not returnable for refund or exchange.

When shipping a return please be sure to securely package item or items in a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in the same condition they were received. Please include a note or a copy of the original invoice so that we know if you would like a credit or to exchange for a different item. You may use any shipping service you prefer, however, please properly insure your return and keep a record of the tracking number in the event the package is lost or mishandled. Please note we are not responsible for returned merchandise until it is delivered to us by your preferred carrier. Our return address is as follows:
